What is Super Verification, and do I need it?

An optional, deeper layer of trust involving a physical on-site inspection, not document review alone — conducted by the buyer or by ChemXTrust directly. It's not required, but it strengthens a supplier's trust profile and is valid for 24 months, with a reminder ahead of expiry.

What happens if a supplier gets flagged by a regulator after being verified?

ChemXTrust monitors regulatory alerts (FDA, WHO, EDQM, TGA, CDSCO, MHRA, ANVISA) on an ongoing basis. If a supplier you're connected to is flagged, you're notified and the alert is reflected on their profile. It's not auto-removed — an alert and a disqualification are different things — but the information reaches you documented and time-stamped.

Who owns our data, and is it shared with anyone?
